Refund and return policy
1. Refund/return eligible conditions
For a refund/return request to be eligible, all of the following conditions must be met.
Return deadline: you must contact us within 7 days of receipt to request a refund.
Condition of the product: it must be unworn and unopened, the original product and all accessories (box, warranty certificate, accessories etc.) must be included in the original condition of receipt.
2. Goods not eligible
The following products are not eligible for refunds and returns.
Items damaged, stained or aged by the customer.
Returns after the return deadline.
Items that are difficult to return due to the nature of the product, such as consumables, personalized products (such as name-stamped), and commercial software that has been opened.
3. Refund process
The refund procedure is as follows.

Step 2: return authorization and instructions
After confirming that you have met the return conditions, we will send you a return authorization email and a return address. Please note that if you return the item without our instructions, you may not be able to receive a refund.
Step 3: return the item
Please return the goods according to our instructions. When sending back items, please be sure to pack them properly to prevent damage and loss. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Step 4: review returned items and process refunds
We will receive the returned items and check their condition. If there is no problem, we will send you a confirmation email and start the refund process.
Refunds will be made in the same way as the original payment (e.g., to your credit card if paid by credit card, to your PayPal account if paid by PayPal). It may take a few days to several weeks for your credit card company to process your refund.
4. Refund amount
Refunds will be made to the price of the product. However, original shipping costs are not refundable. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. If you receive a defective or incorrect product
If the product is damaged or defective, or if you receive a different product from your order, we are very sorry. Please contact the customer support below immediately. In that case, we will cover the return shipping costs and accept an exchange for a new product or a full refund.
